Meet the Team

I have been working in dentistry since 1995 and have witnessed many changes. One constant, however, are our providers at MDC. I am proud to say that I get to work with the best of the best! As a practice administrator I have various duties to keep our office running smoothly such as backing up all team members, scheduling meetings, hiring new employees, and overseeing daily operations. I try to be open and honest with all of our patients because I want them to feel like part of our dental family.  When I am not in the office, I enjoy traveling, wine tasting and spending time with my family, and grandchildren! 

My job is to help our patients understand their financial responsibilities with their dental care. Working in the front office of our dental practice brings me joy as I interact with patients, sharing stories with them and getting to know them on a personal level. I personally treat every patient like a guest in my home. Our doctors are very professional and want the absolute best for our patients at Meridian Dental Clinic. When I go home at night, I am at ease knowing our doctors have truly given their all, to each and every patient.  Something fun about me is that I love fast cars and love singing at the top of my lungs like no one is ever listening. I call these “Tamara Sue Concerts!”  At Meridian Dental Clinic there is always something fun going on! Like us on Facebook!

As a treatment coordinator, my main job is to educate our patients about dentistry and their treatment options. Some of my duties include preparing new patients for their appointments, reviewing our patients medical and dental histories, discussing recommended treatment and reviewing financial options. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people every day and that each day I learn something new. I look forward to helping you sift through the ins and outs of dental treatment as well as assisting you in achieving your best smile.

First impressions are lasting impressions which is why you will most likely be greeted by Kim when you walk in to Meridian Dental Clinic. Kim welcomes each patient with a smile and makes them feel at home in our office. She receives great joy from helping to reassure a nervous patient and setting them up for a successful visit.

Jasmine’s favorite part about working in dentistry is the opportunity to meet new people and help them enjoy a healthy and beautiful smile. You will always find Jasmine at the front desk with a friendly greeting, and a smile on her face! She is a problem solver and will go above and beyond to ensure that our patient’s questions get answered!

I am excited to build strong and lasting relationships with the wonderful patients at the office. One of the great aspects of MDC is the diversity that we have in our patient population. My goal as a hygienist is to treat and care for each patient individually according to their specific dental needs through preventive and therapeutic treatment as well as patient education. Outside of work, I enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities including hiking, canoeing and kayaking to name a few. I also love experimenting with new recipes from one of my favorite websites, allrecipes.com. Three fun facts about myself: I am a twin, I have lived in four different countries (China, Japan, Canada, America), and "Friends" is my all-time favorite TV show. I have watched all ten seasons at least five times!

Tram enjoys working with patients and helping them to improve their oral health through education tailored to their specific needs. She is committed to keeping our patients as comfortable, informed and happy as possible. Tram takes great pleasure in helping others and learning more about our patients and her field.

Vivian is very passionate about providing individual focus to every patient, understanding their specific needs, and with positive encouragement guiding them to improved dental health. She hopes patients know that it’s never too late to come in and see a dentist. Even if it’s been a while since their last appointment, Vivian wants patients to come in for a professional cleaning and check-up so they can enjoy years of healthy smiles.

Jose strives to provide the highest standard of care to each of his patients. It is important to him that you feel valued during your visit. Jose wants to build a lifelong relationship as your hygienist and resource in the dental office. As your personal dental hygienist, the quality of your care is always his first priority. He is dedicated to helping you reach and maintain the highest level of health and hygiene because your smile deserves it!

Roxana takes pride in her job and works closely with our doctors to make each visit as efficient and expert as possible. A free spirit at heart, she likes to turn frowns into smiles and is looking forward to building a relationship with all our patients here at Meridian Dental Clinic. Her patient manner and ability to juggle many assistant functions make her a versatile and valuable assistant. With her experience in surgical, cosmetic and reconstructive dental procedures, fillings/bonding, sterilization, among many other functions, she is a great asset to the office.

Dentistry is the key to a healthy and great life! As a registered dental assistant my main responsibility is to help the doctors with all dental procedures and presenting patients with treatment plans. My favorite part, however, is giving our patients the care they need and deserve. I feel really lucky to have found this office. The doctors are the most understanding people I have ever met. I have learned so much from them and still am. The other assistants and hygienists have all become my personal friends; they are a great group of girls to work with. We are all like a big family. I am a single mother of three boys; they are my life outside of work. I do love what I do and I do work a lot but all my other time is for them. My sons are all sports players. We love sports and watching them, being outside, and doing things like camping and hiking. We also love the sun and swimming! I am very thankful for my children and the career that I have!

Sopheap strives every day to improve her skills in order to guarantee her patients the best experience and highest quality treatment. Sopheap views our patients as family and aims to make them feel right at home. Sopheap’s passionate focus on personalized care and patient comfort sets her apart and helps our patient’s feel at ease.

ILily has worked as a Registered Dental Assistant, RDA. Since 2015 and has been a part of the team since 2020. She is an amazing communicator for both the patients and the doctor. Many patients regard Lily as one of the best assistants they have encountered. She exhibits a genuine poise and a professional demeanor helps our patients feel at ease and right at home. Lily is also a pet lover, she spends most of her free time with her dog Callie, the rest of her free time she enjoys traveling.

 have worked as a Registered Dental Assistant, RDA. Since 2015 and have been a part of the team since 2020. I love to create relationships with my patients while helping them live healthier lives. I want my patients to be as comfortable as they can while they’re in my chair. I am a huge pet lover and spend most of my free time with my dog Callie, fun fact about me is I can do a backflip!

Neary assists with many of our patients’ dental procedures, which means that she gets to help change people’s lives by making them love their teeth each and every day! Neary is truly dedicated to our patients and their health.

Stefi will always brighten your day, provide you with a smile and will assure that you are comfortable. Her mission is, to create impact and to help better lives with an understanding of the importance of not only taking care of your teeth, but your overall health, and overcoming any phobia/fears.
